Star Award

Management Division director Michell Clark recently created the Star Award, a new on-the-spot division-wide recognition program. The Star Award is a way for Michell to acknowledge Management employees who consistently display our values and provide customers with Legendary Service.

The division director will select individuals throughout the year to receive the Star Award. Recipients of the Star Award receive a custom-made pin (pictured at right) to show that they are role models in our division.

All members of the Management Division are encouraged to help Michell discover division employees who (as it says on the pin) “Make the Difference.” Nominees may be recipients of the Customer Service Recognition Program walk-around spot award or division employees identified by the director as deserving recognition for superior customer service. Supervisors, managers, and officers may nominate members of their teams as well.

To nominate an employee for the Star Award, send an e-mail to the employee’s immediate supervisor/manager with a brief summary of the nominee’s superior customer service and copy the Customer Service Recognition Team at MGT-Customer-Service-Recognition@frb.gov.
