Update: Strategic planning
The Management Division is moving forward and making progress on strategic planning, while involving more input and collaboration. Overall, the division has made great progress to identify division priorities for the 2016-2020 timeframe. During the next phase, we will focus on developing strategic objectives and performance measures.
In recognition of our heavy workload and the results of the engagement survey which encourages leaders to identify opportunities for staff development, Michell Clark, director, is amending our approach to the planning process. He has asked a smaller group to do some of the groundwork around objectives and measures and present their recommendations to senior leadership.
