During segregation in the South, my very fair skinned grandmother would go into “white only” establishments to purchase food for my great uncle who was a truck driver on southern routes.

My section is awesome, we always strive to provide legendary service daily with our internal and external clients. While I was on leave, each and every member of my team stepped in and kept my load afloat!

I can’t say that I have ever witnessed poor customer service at work, yet I am sure there is always something that can be done better in all environments.
