Recent example of legendary service you have witnessed
During my Christmas shopping I ordered a tablet as a gift for my husband and received a notification that it wasn’t going to ship in time. So I found one in stock at a local store and of course they said they did not have it once I drove there. However, the sales associate went out of her way to help me. She checked the stock room, and even called around trying to locate one for me. She could have very easily just said no we don’t have it, but she went the extra mile to try to help.
