The new MGT Customer Service Recognition Program began September 1 as an “on the spot” award that recognizes and rewards MGT employees when they deliver legendary customer service.

The following colleagues were nominated by satisfied customers through November 22, and each received a $25 gift card:

Have you received (or witnessed) above-and-beyond service from a MGT employee? Send an e-mail with the name of the person being nominated and a brief summary of the superior customer service to the nominee’s direct supervisor/manager and copy the Customer Service Recognition Team at MGT-Customer-Service-Recognition@frb.gov.
