Each year the Information Systems Unit (IS) conducts a physical inventory of key hardware assigned to employees. In the past, this task was completed manually by the IS staff who would contact each person and visit their office to conduct the inventory. This method proved to be very time consuming.

To automate the process, IS has created the “MyTechnology” web portal. When visiting the portal, your profile will be available. When you click on the “Annual Asset Revalidation” icon, you will find a list of key hardware assigned to you such as workstations, laptops, monitors, printers, scanners, etc. Smaller items such as keyboards, mice, and docking stations will not be listed.

Please visit the “MyTechnology” web portal between Thursday, October 15, and Friday, November 20, to verify the status of equipment listed for you. You may view detailed instructions here.

Note: Only employees who have Board equipment assigned to them and received an e-mail from the MGT HelpDesk need to take action.
