Dennis Wolley, carpenter; Lawrence Garner, assistant plumber/steamfitter; and Tom O’Brien, supervisor, Mechanical; received the Star Award from Michell Clark.

Dennis, Lawrence, and Tom were nominated for the Star Award for recognizing a problem in the International Square building before working hours and responding in a timely manner. They went above and beyond by not just calling the building engineer, but exhibiting teamwork as they collaborated with the building crew to ensure that everything was safe before employees arrived for the day.

They are all living out their service visions as Dennis’ personal vision is, “to provide each customer with the same high quality level of service that I would expect for myself.” And Tom, who claims that the best part about working at the Board is “working with people of high standards to deliver Legendary Service to our customers.”
